Brian Hailes

With a dozen years of C-level Executive Search experience for public companies and technology start-ups in his background, including the position of Managing Director and Head of the North American Telecom Practice of Russell Reynolds Associates, Brian Hailes joined Tula International in 2010 as Senior Consultant, where his global recruitment expertise is benefiting the firm’s clients. His contributions to the company are focused on the execution of searches and on business development.

Brian holds a B.Sc.(Honors) degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Leeds (UK) and is a Chartered Engineer (C.Eng) and a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering & Technology, London (FIET).

He has a lifelong interest and involvement in music and has served on the board of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, as President of the Atlanta Chamber Players and on the Music Panel of the Georgia Council for the Arts. Combining his experience in music and electronics, he has served as Vice President, Digital Instrument Technology for Gibson Guitar Corp. in Nashville.
